Course Overview:

The focus of this course is on historic, organizational and leadership aspects of enrollment management. The course explores the principles and practices of enrollment management. Having an understanding of the historical and philosophical foundations of enrollment management, awareness of recruitment and retention issues, and an insight into the role of the administrator in enrollment management are prerequisites for this seminar. Students will explore a step-by-step approach to marketing and enrollment management with an emphasis on developing and implementing a marketing plan for promoting enrollment.
